Our place, our people
A neighbourhood restaurant grounded in seasonal produce and generous hospitality.
Our story
Black Swan Bistro is a fictional restaurant created for the GraphitEdge guided project. Its story reflects the kind of decisions a real small hospitality business needs its website to communicate.
We opened our fictional doors in 2018 with a menu that favours good ingredients over unnecessary complication. The room is polished without being formal, and the service is attentive without hovering.
That balance shapes everything from the length of the menu to the spacing between tables. It also shapes this website: practical details are easy to find, the food remains central, and the design stays calm.
